The grant supports educational and vocational programs that prepare young adults with autism for meaningful employment in the community as well as on their campus. Students will gain culinary training, job readiness skills, and access to assistive technology designed to support communication and executive function. These initiatives not only equip students to thrive but also demonstrate the value of neurodiverse individuals in the workplace, fostering greater inclusion and strengthening the community.
