Northend RISE: $100,000

Grant was awarded to fund a Community Director position tasked with building citizen engagement in the Coleman Park neighborhood of West Palm Beach. The goal is to improve health outcomes and build a strong and sustainable neighborhood using the principles of Purpose Built Communities.
