Ted Hoskinson

Mr. Hoskinson’s, the founder of Roots and Wings works successfully with elementary school students who need help with reading. His program also recognizes teachers and has achieved demonstrable improvements in reading scores. He has grown from one school to a countywide organization serving 1,300 students in the Palm Beaches.
